Ning'an Yangko Project Batch: Provincial 2nd Batch Project Protection Unit: Ning'an Municipal Culture and Sports Bureau Representative Inheritors: Tang Jiayue and Gong Yunfa Ning'an Yangko, including Ningguta Dragon Lantern Dance and Dragon and Phoenix Boat. Ningguta Dragon Lantern Dance was brought and taught by Lao Liutou, a sedan chair bearer in the sedan chair room of Ning'an County Yamen in 1887 (the 13th year of Guangxu). There are many ways to make dragon lanterns, with varied routines and strong interest in life. The dragon and phoenix boat consists of nine people, one dragon and one phoenix, two flower boat groups, one boatman and four "lantern stands". The boatman directs everyone to run around the "lantern stand" to perform "wearing flowers" and "biting boats". The main movements are to act as a boatman "running the boat" and to swing the boat "running the boat", showing the scene of the boat rowing on the water. The characteristics of the movement are stable, light and fast, the upper body is stable without shaking or twisting, and the foot is brisk in the circle, like floating on the water.
