Zheng's Gynecological Therapy
The Zheng family's gynecology has a long history and has been passed down from generation to generation for more than 800 years. It is a rare family of doctors in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in China. Zheng Yinian, the eighth-generation grandson of the Zheng family, moved from his hometown of Kaifeng, Henan to Kunshan in the third year of Jianyan in the Song Dynasty (1129) and settled there. He was the first ancestor to move to Kunshan. Zheng Gongxian, the fifth-generation grandson of Kunshan, learned the medical skills from his grandfather Xue Jiangshi from his father-in-law Qian, and specialized in gynecology. He was the ancestor of Zheng's gynecology. Xue Jiangshi, a native of Kunshan, was proficient in medical skills, especially gynecology. He was famous for his superb medical skills and was known as the "Xue family". Because he had no children, he passed on his medical skills to his son-in-law Qian, and Qian passed on his medical skills to his son-in-law Zheng Gongxian. From then on, the Zheng family began to practice gynecology and passed it down from generation to generation. The reputation of Zheng's gynecology has spread in Kunshan and surrounding areas such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, and has a great influence. Zheng's gynecology doctors apply ancestral medical skills and secret prescriptions, and according to the traditional theories of traditional Chinese medicine, use the four diagnostic methods of observation, auscultation, inquiry, and palpation to differentiate and treat diseases, and integrate them. Generally speaking, many gynecological diseases such as leukorrhea, metrorrhagia, menstruation regulation, seed and pregnancy can be cured at hand. Zheng's gynecology doctors treat various gynecological diseases with remarkable efficacy and have quite distinctive characteristics of the school: the treatment of menstrual disorders focuses on the method of clearing and purging, and regulating what is not regulated. The treatment method for metrorrhagia is to regulate the Chong, Ren, and Du meridians, and to clear and replenish the extraordinary meridians on the premise of blocking the flow, clearing the source, replenishing blood, and returning to the meridians, rather than just "stopping bleeding when bleeding occurs". For the treatment of functional uterine bleeding in adolescence, it breaks away from the stereotype of replenishing qi and blood, and focuses on regulating the heart and kidney, nourishing yin and reducing fire. For the treatment of irregular menstruation and infertility after the placement of an IUD, the methods of using sweet and cool to moisten, salty and cold to increase fluid and nourish the liver and kidney are often used to promote the restoration of the balance of yin and yang in the human body and achieve results. When treating uterine fibroids, pelvic masses, and ovarian cysts, ancestral secret recipes are used to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, soften and disperse nodules, attack and supplement at the same time, and block and clear. The Zheng family cherishes the medical skills of their ancestors and maintains the ancestral name. The descendants of successive generations never pass on the secret books such as "Gynecology Wanjin Fang" and "Xue Yi's True Transmission of Women's Department", which are either handwritten or orally passed on to sons, daughters, and sons-in-law. With the development of society and the progress of the times, the descendants of the Zheng family no longer stick to the old rules, but open the door and create a precedent of "master and apprentice", passing on the Zheng family's women's department to future generations and benefiting their hometown. Zheng's gynecology doctors have also developed many new Chinese patent medicines, which are widely used in clinical practice and benefit the people, such as "Gong Bao Kang" for treating some postpartum diseases, "Jie Yin Wash" for treating vulvar diseases and inflammation, "An Kun Tablets" for treating uterine fibroids, "Qingchunhao" and "Qingchunhao" for treating adolescent uterine bleeding, "Zhihuanhao" and "Zhihuanhao" for treating uterine bleeding after the placement of an IUD, and "Yin Zhuan Heji" for treating female infertility caused by ovarian dysfunction. Zheng's gynecology doctors have inherited a classic book "Gynecology Qianjin Fang". After generations of Zheng's doctors have continuously summarized and enriched it, they have published "Zheng Shaoxian's Gynecology Experience Collection", enriching the medical treasure house of the motherland. Its academic and scientific value is self-evident. (No pictures yet, welcome to provide.) (No pictures yet, welcome to provide.)
