Li Jia Jiao Quan (Puning New Frame) Li Jia Jiao Quan is a kind of Southern Quan. It started in the middle of the Qing Dynasty and spread in Meizhou and Chaoshan areas of Guangdong. It is a rare flower in traditional Chinese martial arts. Li Jia Jiao Quan has its own system and complete structure. Its routines are reasonably compact, full of strength, and strong offensive and combative. It is an excellent boxing that can attack and defend, fight steadily, and advance and retreat in a proper way. Li Jia Jiao Quan (Puning New Frame) is spread in the form of routines, which are divided into boxing and weapons. There are eight routines in the old frame and five in the new frame, totaling thirteen routines. The weapons include knives, big rakes (tridents), benches, sticks, etc. The old frames that have been handed down include "swallowing and spitting", "goose scissors", and "double mountain moon" named after the hand techniques, "galloping steps" and "receiving steps" named after the foot techniques, and "inserting and squeezing", "hanging and inserting", and "soft hitting" named after the strength techniques, totaling eight sets; the new frame includes "new swallowing and spitting", "new scissors", "new double mountain moon", "new galloping steps" and "receiving hands", totaling five routines.
