Five-finger Zen massage technique
The Five-Finger Zen-Tapping Technique was developed by Qiao Yiqing in 1903 through long-term research on the Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine and the theory of meridians. It was refined and revised based on the techniques recorded in many ancient books such as the Guidance Map and the Fifty-Two Prescriptions for Diseases. It is named (Five-Finger Zen-Tapping) and has a history of more than 100 years! It is the oldest medical method in my country. Traditional Chinese medicine, also known as Tui Na, was called An Xi and An Wu in ancient times. The Five-Finger Zen-Tapping acupoints are derived from the ancient Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine is gradually summarized, recognized and developed by the working people of our country in the long-term struggle against diseases. In primitive society, when people were working in production or fighting with wild beasts, there must be some trauma and pain. They naturally touched their hands and kneaded them gradually to get the effect; when a part of the human body was injured and bleeding, people instinctively pressed with their hands to stop the bleeding; when the injury caused the local part to bulge, people instinctively made the bulge smaller or disappear by stroking and kneading, thereby relieving the swelling and pain. In addition, people have found that scraping certain parts with stone flakes can relieve some specific pains. Humans instinctively repeat some stroking and kneading techniques that can cure diseases. After summarizing time, these techniques have been accumulated and developed. In the long-term process of cognition and practice, it gradually evolved from unconscious accidental actions to standardized and regular treatment methods that people use independently. About thousands of years ago, our ancestors laid the foundation for and gradually formed our discipline. From ancient times to the present, various techniques and instruments made of various materials used in ancient times have been used to treat patients' diseases. Various techniques have the same effect: regulating qi and activating blood circulation, and unblocking meridians. The "Five-Finger Zen-" technique created by Qiao Yiqing based on ancient medical theory can also be called a masterpiece among masterpieces, because this set of techniques has relieved the pain of many people.
