Philosophy related to the heritage

From the perspective of Eastern philosophy, the Expo Huaming Pavilion can be seen as a symbol of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. In traditional Chinese philosophy, especially in the thoughts of Taoism and Confucianism, the relationship between man and nature is emphasized. Taoism believes that everything in the world has its own way, and human behavior should conform to the laws of nature. If the design of the Huaming Pavilion combines natural elements with modern technology, it can embody the idea of "harmony between man and nature" and show the balance between scientific and technological progress and the natural environment. Western philosophy often explains the world through rationality and the progress of science and technology. After the Enlightenment, Western philosophy attaches importance to human subjective initiative and believes that nature can be controlled and transformed through the power of science. As a representative of modern architecture, the Huaming Pavilion may be regarded as the crystallization of human wisdom and technology, reflecting the pursuit of rationality, innovation and progress in Western philosophy. The contrast between the two is that Eastern philosophy tends to emphasize the concept of symbiosis and conformity to nature, while Western philosophy focuses more on changing and controlling nature through rationality and technology. As a cross-cultural architectural symbol, the Expo Huaming Pavilion can not only reflect the different perspectives of Eastern and Western philosophy, but also serve as a symbol of cultural integration in the context of globalization.
