"Cao's Kite Craft" is one of the kite schools formed by combining Mr. Jin Fuzhong's "Palace Kite Atlas" and Mr. Kong Xiangze's "Nan Yao Bei Yuan Kao Gong Zhi" copied by Cao Xueqin in 1943. It integrates the essence of folk culture, court art, and northern and southern kite making. Its production process of tying, pasting, painting, and releasing is unique. It has preserved 21 kite making formulas and 20 production techniques, among which the anthropomorphic kite swallow highlights the characteristics of Beijing. It combines ornamental, scientific, entertaining, and fitness in one, and is of great research and collection value. Three generations of the Kong family have devoted their lifelong energy to its inheritance and development.
