Taihu Green Bamboo Tea Making Skills is a traditional skill item in the third batch of representative items of Wuxi Municipal Intangible Cultural Heritage. Taihu Green Bamboo is produced at the foot of Doushan Mountain, which has unique water and soil resources and is a good place to plant and develop tea production. At present, the tea planting area in Doushan area is more than 3,000 acres, and 18 tea-making enterprises have formed the Xishan District Xibei Town Tea Industry Association. Most of the tea-making enterprises are distributed in the surrounding areas of Doushan. Taihu Green Bamboo Tea is flat in shape like bamboo leaves. When brewed in a cup, it is shaped like bamboo leaves and resembles bamboo forests in the mountains. The name of green bamboo also comes from this. In March 2010, the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce approved the Xishan District Xibei Town Tea Industry Association to use the "Dousan Taihu Green Bamboo" trademark. At present, it has formed a one-stop service for planting, tea making and sales. "Taihu Green Bamboo" is the first batch of pollution-free agricultural and sideline products in Jiangsu Province and a famous agricultural product in Jiangsu Province, and has obtained the Jiangsu Province Organic Food Certification and Jiangsu Province Green Food Certification.
