Xianling Village is located at the foot of the west peak of Tianshou Mountain. It was named because the ancestors guarded the tomb of the fourth emperor of the Ming Dynasty, Emperor Renzong Zhu Gaochi. Many of the ancestors had martial arts skills. In the late Qing Dynasty, the villager Du Changshan, also known as Du Yunfeng, founded the Shaolin Association. Performances are held at the temple fairs on the 15th day of the first lunar month and the 13th day of the fifth lunar month every year. Before liberation, the Shaolin Association introduced the Five Tiger Sticks of Dongzhuang Sect. The Five Tiger Sticks merged with the Shaolin Association to form the Five Tiger Sticks Shaolin Sticks, also known as the Five Tiger Sticks of Xianling. The scene of the Five Tiger Sticks performance of Xianling is called "Five Tigers Out of the Cave", which tells the story of Song Taizu Zhao Kuangyin and his general Zheng Ziming, passing by Dongjia Bridge, encountering the Five Tigers of Dongjia blocking the bridge to rob, and the scene of Zhao Zheng and the Five Tigers fighting fiercely at Dongjia Bridge. In the whole performance, there are eight sets: four gates of boxing, four gates of sticks, four gates of sticks, four gates of single-sword eight-pieces, tiger head hook rolling rack, cross cotton, five tigers out of the cave, and mandarin duck building. When the Five Tigers performed the make-up, Zhao Kuangyin had a red face, Zheng Ziming had a black face, and the Five Tigers: Dong Da had a pockmarked face, Dong Bao had a climbing intestine painted on his face, Dong Long had a scorpion painted on his face, Dong Hu had a centipede painted on his face, Dong Yue had a clean face with a black spot in the middle of her forehead, and there was also a martial arts actress Tao Sanchun. The Five Tigers Shaolin in Xianling Village is divided into civil and martial fields. The civil field uses Danpi, drums, two pairs of small hairpins, four pairs of large cymbals, two pairs of cymbals or four pairs of cymbals. The civil field is also very important. The martial field is performed in the front, and the civil field is in the back. The drums are beaten to cheer and boost morale. The drums are performed in the martial field. During the fight, they follow the movements at any time. The drum beats are infinitely varied, and the drums urge the martial arts to move. The performers dance with the sticks, which is truly a state of perfection.
