Xi'an Roast Duck Restaurant is located in the western section of East Street. It was built and opened in 1980, specializing in Beijing roast duck and various duck dishes. Xi'an Roast Duck Restaurant uses authentic Beijing roast duck roasting technology. The duck is roasted over charcoal fire, with crispy skin, tender meat and delicious taste. Famous duck dishes made with duck liver, duck heart, duck tongue and duck feet include more than 20 types such as goldfish duck feet, red grilled duck strips, braised duck four treasures, breaded duck liver, white fungus duck tongue, and Kung Pao duck heart. At the end of 1990, Xi'an Roast Duck Restaurant had a business area of 175 square meters, with a hall and a private room on the first floor, and two special rooms on the second floor.
