"Yang Yuxing's noodles, Xu Changxing's duck, and Deyuan's buns are so delicious." This Changsha folk song is a praise for Xu Changxing's roast duck. It has become a popular delicacy in Changsha and a food business card for Changsha. In 2014, with the approval of the Changsha Municipal People's Government, Xu Changxing's roast duck making technique was successfully applied for the fourth batch of municipal intangible cultural heritage list.
