Rice Sculpture Culture and Art Festival During the New Year's Day of 2016, the "Our Festival Guiding Jinhai Snow Mountain First China Rice Sculpture Culture and Art Festival" with the theme of "Honeyland Guizhou Happiness Find Rice Experience Farming Culture, Appreciate Rice Sculpture Art" co-organized by the China Folk Artists Association and the Guizhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles was grandly opened in the Panjiang "Jinhai Snow Mountain" scenic area of Guiding County. Guiding County was also awarded the honors of "China Rice Sculpture Art Hometown" and "China Rice Sculpture Art Inheritance Base" by the China Artists Association. Guiding County will take the success of this Rice Sculpture Culture and Art Festival as an opportunity to hold a national rice sculpture creation competition in the "Jinhai Snow Mountain" scenic area in September 2016, and invite countries and regions such as Japan, Singapore, and Taiwan to participate in the second Rice Sculpture Culture and Art Festival held in Guiding County in November.
