The Zhang family in Shanhou follows the ancestral motto of "not afraid of hardship, not afraid of death, and practicing all their lives", and has practiced martial arts for generations, especially proficient in Nanquan and Qimei stick techniques. In this village, Zhang Kairong (Zi Wencheng), known as "Wencheng Laoben" (Ninghai locals call people who know martial arts "Laoben"), has further developed it. In daily practice, the people of Shanhou Zhang Village explored techniques and sorted out a complete set of Qimei stick techniques and Nanquan routines. Specifically, there are three types: stick, fist, and leg.
