Wuyuan Jialu Paper Umbrella Making Technique (the fourth batch of provincial level) Wuyuan paper umbrella making has a long history, which is said to have originated in the Southern Song Dynasty. The paper umbrellas produced in Wuyuan Jialu are particularly famous, and are known as the "Jinxi Douli Jialu Umbrella". The "County Chronicles" compiled during the Kangxi period had already listed Jialu Umbrella in the "Goods Chapter". In the 25th year of the Republic of China (1936), "Jialu Paper Umbrella" was selected as an exhibit at the International Expo.
