The oil noodles are packaged in red lacquered wooden boxes, and the outside of the wooden boxes are engraved with patterns such as dragon and phoenix, a hundred years of happiness, and splendid rivers and mountains, and are accompanied by gold-painted product names and workshop names, and cooking instructions. Huwan oil noodles are made of exquisite ingredients, using high-quality flour, tea oil, refined potato starch, salt and other raw materials, according to strict formulas in different seasons, fermented in three stages, and refined by hand and dried in a breeze. It has the characteristics of round and uniform appearance, white color and long strips, not mushy or muddy when cooked, smooth and delicate after cooking, refreshing and fragrant, and has the effects of strengthening the spleen and stomach, lowering blood pressure, relieving sadness, dispelling wind and cold, and promoting breast milk. It is a popular product for visiting relatives and friends and giving gifts to relatives and friends. The main workshops producing oil noodles in Huwan are Senhexing, Meifangzhai, Lifangfu, Heyuanhe, etc. After the oil noodle workshops were changed to public-private partnerships, all the workshops were taken over by the Huwan Grain and Oil Processing Factory. In 1982, the Huwan Oil Noodle Factory specialized in the production of Longxu Gongmian, and won the Traditional Food Award awarded by the Jiangxi Provincial Grain Bureau in the same year. In 1984-1985, Huwan Longxu Gongmian was twice rated as a high-quality product by the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Commerce. From 1984 to 1986, it won the Excellent Product Certificate and Product Quality Award from Fuzhou Regional Administrative Office and Regional Grain Bureau for three consecutive years.
