Wang Jingda, the 22nd generation inheritor, adhered to the ancestral craftsmanship and combined it with current science and technology to carry it forward under the endangered situation of this skill, making the production process more scientific and mature, and carefully developed a series of noodles such as tribute noodles, blessing noodles, and hollow noodles, which became a famous local traditional specialty food.
