Xingyi Dachengquan
Xingyi Dachengquan, a traditional sports, recreation and acrobatics project on the fifth batch of Lianyungang City Intangible Cultural Heritage Representative Projects List. Xingyi Dachengquan can be traced back to the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, and was founded by Master Li Luoneng. Wang Jianping, a native of Lianyungang, became a disciple of Li Yulan, the fifth-generation inheritor of Xingyiquan, in 1986, and began to practice Xingyiquan. He mastered the standing, testing, testing, walking, exerting force, friction steps, pushing hands, and free-hand fighting in Xingyiquan. In 1992, he became a disciple of Zhao Xuquan, the third-generation inheritor of Dachengquan, and began to learn the standing, testing, and exerting force in Dachengquan. Later, he absorbed other traditional martial arts and boxing techniques, and absorbed the step-down skills and walking and fighting from Baguazhang, and the leg- and leg techniques from Yunmen leg techniques. After decades of studying Xingyiquan and Dachengquan and other boxing techniques, he integrated them into one in 1998 to form Xingyi Dachengquan. Xingyi Dachengquan is divided into seven major elements layer by layer, namely, posture, leg skills, footwork, pile method, Dantian Qi, strength, and technique. The posture includes: fixed posture, active posture, and variable posture. Leg skills include internal method and dynamic injury, and the movements include rooting method, fixed root method, strength method, and leg skills. The movements include: kicking, stepping, kicking, stepping, and wiping. The footwork includes step- and movement, and the step- includes footwork force and Bagua step internal power. The movements include adjusting steps, friction steps, sliding steps, dodging steps, and quick steps. The pile method includes combat pile, health-care pile, round pile, and nothingness pile. The key point of Dantian Qi is to practice Qi training, and naturally sink the breath into Dantian to form Dantian Qi. When using it, Dantian Qi is like a machine, and the force is emitted from Dantian. Strength includes nine major strength methods: combined strength and empty strength. The practical skills mainly train the Qi from the pile, move with the strength, exert the strength, push the hands to move, change freely, practice continuously, and accumulate continuously. Xingyi Dachengquan belongs to the internal martial arts. (No pictures yet, welcome to provide.) (No pictures yet, welcome to provide.)
