"Hejia Banquet" is a unique folk custom in Zhongdu Ancient Town, which originated from the "Hundred Family Banquet". It evolved from the "eating Hefan" in ancient Zhongdu, which means to gather neighbors and old friends from the same town or street to have a reunion dinner. This custom has been passed down for nearly a thousand years. With the rise of tourism in Zhongdu Ancient Town, "Hejia Banquet" is also used to receive tourists from other places.
