Jing Yitai
In 1862, during the reign of Emperor Tongzhi, Li Jingxin, Li Jingyi and Li Jingtai, brothers of the Li family, opened a grocery store in Yanjing Town, Wanquan County, Shanxi Province, to support their family expenses. After the death of the three brothers, Li Jingxin's son Li Zirong founded the "Jingyitai" business on the basis of the grocery store. At that time, in addition to operating groceries, "Jingyitai" also operated silk, cloth, etc. In the 1830s, wars broke out frequently and people's livelihood was in decline, and "Jingyitai" was seriously injured. In 1933, "Jingyitai" was renamed "Datongqing" and tried to cope with the current situation by changing the name of the business and reducing funds, but the results were minimal and it could only operate bleakly. In September 1949, Ningxia was liberated. "Jingyitai", which had been renamed "Datongqing", accepted peaceful transformation. In the following 10 years, the century-old "Jingyitai" experienced public-private partnerships and then became a state-owned enterprise. At this time, "Jingyitai" had neither production funds nor policy support, and all its property was allocated to other state-owned units free of charge, so it basically stopped production and operation activities. In 1978, the Yinchuan Municipal Government ordered the resumption of production of "Jingyitai". In 1984, "Jingyitai" restored the name of the old brand "Jingyitai Muslim Pastry Factory", mainly producing low-fat, low-sugar, salty, sweet, light and other pastries and peach cakes, - flowers, Jiangmi strips, Sachima, biscuits, boiled cakes, and Cantonese, Su, Chaozhou, Beijing, Hong Kong, Japanese, Korean and other dozens of categories of hundreds of moon cake series. In May 2006, with the approval of the Autonomous Region Industry and Commerce Bureau, "Yinchuan Jingyitai Muslim Pastry Factory" was renamed and registered as "Ningxia Jingyitai Muslim Food Co., Ltd." In November 2007, Ningxia Jingyitai Halal Food Co., Ltd. was controlled by Yinchuan Shuangbao Subsidiary Food Co., Ltd., and with the help of Shuangbao's more than ten years of experience in large supermarkets, Jingyitai's original pastry products were expanded to increase sales. At the same time, with the help of Jingyitai's existing production sites, production equipment, and pastry-making technology and experience, Shuangbao's production of fresh homemade products was increased, the scale was expanded, and the market was opened up. On April 7, 2008, Ningxia Jingyitai Halal Food Co., Ltd. was approved by the Ministry of Commerce to establish the Ningxia Jingyitai Halal Staple Food Processing and Distribution Center, becoming the first batch of pilot enterprises in Ningxia approved by the Ministry of Commerce for staple food processing and distribution in the autonomous region, mainly providing staple food processing and distribution services for Yinchuan's retail industry and communities.
