The production technique of Jinggang Cui Green Tea is mainly spread in Tongmuling, Ciping, Huangao, Xiaqi and other places in Jinggang Mountain. Its production process is traditional, the process is complex, and the standards are fine. It is one of the typical traditional handmade tea making. The production of Jinggang Cui Green Tea has a history of about 600 years. Its predecessor is "Shiji Tea". In the Jinggang Mountain area, there is a beautiful legend of "Shiji Tea". It is said that Shiji was a little maid beside the Jade Emperor. Because she accidentally broke a jade cup of the Jade Emperor, she was demoted to the mortal world and descended to the Jinggang Mountain with fresh air and picturesque scenery. She planted tea trees and made Shiji Tea. According to the "Longquan County Chronicles and Scenery", Shiji was a Cantonese. She moved from Guangdong to Tongmuling, Jinggang Mountain at the end of the Yuan Dynasty and the beginning of the Ming Dynasty to make tea for a living. Shiji has rich experience and superb skills in tea making. From picking tea leaves to processing finished products, everything is done by hand. Its core technology has been passed down from generation to generation in the Shi family of Tongmuling. Emperor Jiaqing of the Qing Dynasty tasted this tea during his trip to the south of the Yangtze River and praised it highly. He selected it as a tribute and officially named it "Jinggang Cui Green Tea" after its place of origin. Jinggang Cui Green Tea, produced with the production techniques of Jinggang Mountain Cui Green Tea, has beautiful appearance, tender green and oily color, fresh and lasting aroma, rich and mellow taste, clear and bright soup color, and is rich in multiple vitamins. It has extremely high nutritional value and is a well-known brand in my country's green tea series. It was listed as a tribute during the Jiaqing period and dedicated to the royal family. With the development of my country's foreign trade, Jinggang Cui Green Tea has been exported to the United States and Southeast Asia, playing an important role in the spread of Chinese civilization and the exchange of world culture. In 2006, 2007 and 2008, Jinggang Cui Green Tea was successively rated as "Jiangxi Famous Brand Product", "Shanghai Agricultural Expo Gold Award Product", "Jiangxi Province Key Protection Product" and so on.
