Master Lu's ancient small oil pressing technique is a traditional skill project in the fifth batch of representative projects of municipal intangible cultural heritage. During the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, there was a history of using wedge-type oil presses to process soybean oil in the territory. Soybeans and rapeseeds have undergone more than 20 traditional processes such as cleaning, crushing, embryo pressing, steaming, pancake pressing, pressing, filtering, hydration, and deodorization, and have undergone nearly a thousand years of safety inspections for human consumption.
