Yangshan Peach Blossom Festival is a folk custom project in the third batch of representative projects of Wuxi municipal intangible cultural heritage. In order to increase the popularity of Yangshan peaches, the Yangshan Town Government has inherited folk customs and held the "Wuxi Yangshan Peach Blossom Festival" since 1997. The specific date is determined according to the peach blossom period, which is around the end of March or the beginning of April. Since the 8th session in 2004, it has been changed to "China Wuxi Yangshan (International) Peach Blossom Festival" and has become an international festival. It has become an important platform for promoting the Yangshan peach brand, promoting peach sales, attracting investment, and developing agricultural ecological tourism.
