The legend of Ganquan Mountain is a folk literature project in the first batch of representative projects of municipal intangible cultural heritage. Ganquan Mountain is located in the northwest suburbs of Yangzhou. It is a hilly area with lush trees. There is a well on the top of the mountain. The water is sweet and inexhaustible all year round. It is named "Ganquan Well" and the mountain is also named "Ganquan Mountain" because of it. There are seven small peaks on the mountain, arranged in the shape of the Big Dipper. According to investigation and research, it should be the tombs of princes and kings in Yangzhou, the fief of the Han Dynasty. Among them are the tomb of Liu Jing, the King of Guangling in the Eastern Han Dynasty, and the tomb of the nobles in Laohudun in the Eastern Han Dynasty. It has been regarded as an auspicious place since ancient times. There are many moving stories circulating here, including "Qin Shihuang's Mountain Filling", "Liu Xiu's Refuge in Jiusheng Temple", "The Origin of Baonvdun", "The Legend of Cao'an Zen Temple", "Ganquan Well and Yanglin Spear", "The Legend of Phoenix Nest", etc. The story of Wang Bo's After-Dinner Bell in Huizhao Temple in the Tang Dynasty also happened here. These stories are vivid and interesting, reflecting the ancient history of the Ganquan Mountain area and the love and hate of the working people. They have been compiled into a collection and are welcomed by the masses. (No pictures available, please provide them.) (No pictures available, please provide them.)
