Shifuxian is a traditional local opera with Beijing local characteristics that only exists in Daxing District, Beijing. According to the "Hebei Volume of the Collection of Chinese Opera Music", "Chinese Quyi Chronicles", "Daxing County Chronicles" and other books, "Shifuxian" was founded in 1880 and has produced hundreds of repertoires, forming its own unique repertoire and the musical characteristics of traditional folk miscellaneous tunes. Shifuxian was created on the basis of the "Ten Buxian" lotus fall, retaining the style of the transition from folk miscellaneous songs to dramas. With its unique folk characteristics, it has had a wide impact in Daxing, Fangshan, Gu'an, Zhuozhou and other places, and is deeply welcomed by local people. So far, there are only three "Shifuxian" troupes in Daxing District, mainly the "Shifuxian" troupe in Xilihe Village. There are nearly 100 people engaged in Shifuxian singing, accompaniment and other activities, and there are more than 10 complete repertoires that can be performed. The age is aging, with an average age of more than 60 years old. It is difficult to inherit and is on the verge of extinction. In music, "Shifuxian" refers to the rules of poetry and songs, writes the lyrics into long and short sentences, sings in "couplets", and divides "couplets" according to "tunes" during performance. The tunes are different, the number of sentences is different, but each couplet has a fixed number of sentences, each sentence has a fixed number of words, the lyrics are long and short, and the rhymes are coordinated and pleasant. There are 31 existing "Shifuxian" tunes. Most of its tunes come from local folk songs, single strings, Xihe drums, and lotus falls. It also continuously absorbs the nutrients of other operas and folk rap art to form the unique tunes of "Shifuxian". The tunes of "Shifuxian" have obvious folk song elements. Many tunes use "Ai Hai Ai Hai You", "Yiya Na Ya Hai", "Na Ya Yi Ya Hai", "Na Ha Hai" and other "pad words" commonly used in folk songs. People in the industry summarize the singing of "Shifuxian" as: "Nine tunes and eighteen tunes, seventy-two hi hi". At the same time, the entire activity of "Poetry and Strings" is full of opera cultural heritage, contains many folk colors, and has important value for folk research.
