Manchu Yanglie Dance Project batch: Provincial third batch of projects Protection unit: Ning'an Cultural Center Manchu Yanglie Dance is a dance that reflects the heroic riding and shooting of the Eight Banners officers and soldiers of the Manchus and praises the heroic achievements of their ancestors. After entering the palace, it was called "Qinglong Dance" and spread in the Manchu settlement area of Ningguta, Heilongjiang. It is performed during the Spring Festival. There are 2 (or 9) dancers, 1 (or 8) dressed in military uniforms as the Eight Banners soldiers, and the other one plays the "Ma Fox" in folk legends, showing the plot of soldiers riding horses and holding bows to shoot monsters. The Manchu Yanglie Dance has the original ecological features of the nation, highlighting the characteristics of fishing, hunting, riding and shooting culture. (No pictures yet, welcome to provide.)
