Golden Sea and Snow Mountain Tourism and Cultural Festival In March, in Yinzhai Village, Panjiang Town, Guiting County, Guizhou Province, thousands of acres of golden rapeseed flowers look like a golden sea, and thousands of hectares of snow-white plum and pear flowers look like snow-capped mountains. They complement each other and are vividly praised by people as "Golden Sea and Snow Mountain". The so-called "Golden Sea" refers to the hundreds of acres of rapeseed flowers blooming in Yinzhai Basin every March, like a golden ocean.
