Yutian County Hongyuan Wine Co., Ltd. is located in Linnancang Ancient Town, 6 kilometers southwest of Yutian County. As early as the Liao and Jin Dynasties, the rulers built a palace and imperial forest near the Houhu Lake in the town. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it had become a water and land wharf and a commercial market town. The predecessor of the "Fengnian Brand" Yutian Old Wine, Yutian Old Wine, has been passed down from generation to generation and has become a treasure in the local art garden. Yutian Old Wine is made of high-quality high-grain and other raw materials, and a variety of microorganisms participate in fermentation. It is stored in artificial old cellars and ceramic jars for more than 3 to 5 years and is scientifically blended. This product has a unique style of colorless or slightly yellowish transparent, strong sauce and fragrance, rich wine aroma, soft and sweet, and refreshing aftertaste. Yutian Old Wine has a long history of brewing. According to historical records, Emperor Taizong of Tang Dynasty drank Yutian Old Wine before beating the drum during his eastern expedition. After winning, he named Yutian Old Wine as the imperial wine; it was famous in the north during the Liao and Jin Dynasties and was called "holy water"; during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the wine was prosperous and sold well in North China. Distinctive quality, long history of inheritance, rich cultural content, with high historical and cultural value. The unique brewing process has been innovated and developed in the process of being passed down from generation to generation, making it a good product for the table, and it also has high practical value. The excavation and development of Yutian old wine will promote the development of Yutian economy, enrich the people's food culture life, and build a harmonious society. During the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, there were distillery workshops such as "Yixinglong" and "Yidequan" in Linnancang Town. In 1947, the 15th Military Division of Hebei Province changed the above two private distilleries into state-owned wine companies. After liberation, they were locally state-owned, called Linnancang Winery and Yutian County Winery in Yutian County, Tangshan District, Hebei Province. Since the 1980s, Yutian Winery has been committed to restoring the traditional craftsmanship of Yutian old wine, using modern fermentation technology, and carefully brewing, so that this unique historical wine will shine again. The famous wine expert Zhou Henggang, the national wine taster and the national female champion Jin Fenglan gave high praise to this wine. The famous writer Cong Weixi and more than a dozen literary celebrities praised this wine as "Southern Maotai and Northern Yu", "Northern Maotai" and "Northern Qiongjiang, I am the only one". It won the gold medal at the 1993 Thailand International Famous Wine Expo and the gold medal at the 1994 French International Famous Wine Expo. The products are sold to North China and Northeast China and are very popular with consumers. In 2001, the company was renamed Yutian County Hongyuan Wine Co., Ltd. It covers an area of 26,640 square meters, has two wine production lines, and is equipped with complete testing and inspection equipment. It produces 2,500 tons of "Fengnian Brand" Yutian Old Wine series annually. In December 2006, after the "Fengnian Brand" Yutian Old Wine was recognized as a "Chinese Time-honored Brand" by the Ministry of Commerce, the company worked hard to make the "Fengnian Brand" Yutian Old Wine a shining pearl in the winemaking industry in the eastern Hebei region.
