Chongxin Village is located in Zuogezhuang, northeast of Wen'an County. The prosperity of the economy and the wealth of the people have become the material and cultural basis for the preservation of the Chongxin Village Pole Club for hundreds of years. There is no written record of when the Chongxin Village Pole Club was founded and who initiated it. The only evidence with written records is a large pole preserved in Chongxin Village, Zuogezhuang Town today. The bottom of the pole is engraved with the words "Ming Yongle Thirteenth Year". This large pole has been preserved for 580 years, which is beyond doubt. Zuogezhuang Pole Club is different from other regional pole clubs. It mainly uses live poles and can perform poles anytime and anywhere. The main technical movements include: playing (single and double), stringing, single-arm folding fish, grabbing three and two, turning upside down, sleeping on the circle, hanging on the foot (single and double), inverted foot, twisting the foot, hanging the heel (single and double), sticking sugar, waving flags with hands, waving flags with feet, donkey rolling, Golden Rooster Stands Alone, Playing Meteors, Single Horizontal Stick. The pole club of Chongxin Village, from the perspective of the instruments used and the content of the performance, all originated from the acrobatic pole club of the Yuan and Ming Dynasties, especially the technique of using live poles, which has long been lost among the people in most parts of the country. The pole club of Chongxin Village has exquisite skills and a strict inheritance method. It has been preserved in a relatively closed rural area and has the characteristics of originality. It has a very high academic value for studying the integration and evolution of ancient Chinese acrobatic art. At the same time, the pole club survives among the people in a unique way, contains rich folk information, and has become a precious material for studying folk culture. The pole club currently has more than 100 members, including 40 actors, and the youngest actor is only 12 years old. The pole club has a fixed dedicated training ground. It participates in the county flower fair rehearsal and the town government Spring Festival performance every year, and performs in villages and enterprises. In 1996, he went to Beijing to participate in the Longtan Temple Fair and won the performance award of the National Flower Fair Competition. (No pictures yet, welcome to provide.)
