It is called internal boxing in the traditional Chinese martial arts school and is a famous school of Chinese martial arts. The content is "Start with slow and smooth breathing, like a civet cat catching mice lightly; rotate the universe with hips and knees, and yin and yang separate wings and retreat to the sides. The dragon goes out to the sea to meet the face, and the crows and sparrows watch the fish and wait for the opportunity; the cold chickens look for food and sneak into the crotch, and the boy explores the sea and the enemy panics. The black tortoise plays in the water and walks like a tortoise, and the immortal opens the door and kicks and bumps; the immortal points the way to the center hall, and the lazy dragon lies on the road and does not go. The purple swallow flies through the forest and the crotch, and the five elements walk in a circle; the five dragons cross the river secretly with busy hands and feet, and the wasp touches the arm in the cave. The golden snake wraps around the beam and holds the crutches horizontally, and the black bear hangs on the left and right with its back turned; the green dragon looks back and hurts the crotch, and the posture is calm and pure. Wudang boxing originated from the Taoist holy land Wudang Mountain, and Taoism emphasizes tranquility. Wudang boxing is based on the idea of inaction and pays the most attention to the way of keeping in good health. Therefore, Wudang boxing follows the "three theories and four theories", namely, "the theory of the origin of keeping in good health", "the theory of the natural body of boxing", "the theory of circular motion trajectory", "the theory of counterattack tactics", "the theory of boxing yin and yang combat", "the theory of keeping soft and being feminine", "the theory of morality of transforming evil and promoting good" and other Wudang internal family thoughts. Wudang boxing has fewer jumping movements and low steps; it uses more palms, which is related to the emphasis on acupuncture points; fewer jumping, which is related to the emphasis on real points; low steps, which is related to the emphasis on grappling; walking in circles, which is related to the emphasis on falling methods, thus forming the unique style of Wudang boxing. Its- The characteristics are strengthening muscles and bones, qigong, emphasizing the training of internal strength, emphasizing the use of stillness to control movement, using softness to overcome hardness, using shortness to defeat length, using slowness to defeat speed, using intention to control movement, using qi to control the body, tending to be feminine, focusing on breathing, and using short hands. Wudang - does not advocate attacking, but it should not be easily invaded, otherwise the offender will fall down. It aims to nourish qi and strengthen the body, defeat the enemy and defend itself. Its fighting principles are to control the enemy from behind, to control stillness, to wait for the enemy to tire, to strike later but arrive first, to take advantage of the situation and borrow strength, and to fight with wisdom instead of strength, and to value intention instead of strength. It hides hardness inside softness, uses softness to transform strength, and uses hardness to release strength, and has great power. (No pictures yet, welcome to provide.)
