The deliciousness of snail rice noodle is also due to its unique snail soup, which is made of 13 natural spices such as snail meat, cinnamon, star anise, cinnamon, cloves, chili peppers, etc., as well as MSG and sucrose. Steps for making snail rice noodle: 1. Boil pork bones, aniseed, sand ginger, dried dates, wolfberry, and mushrooms with water for soup; 2. Deep-fry bean curd and cut into pieces for later use; 3.
