The Wu clan is mainly distributed in the surrounding cities and counties such as Santai, Zhongjiang, Shehong, and Zitong. It has been more than 300 years since the Wu clan moved to Sichuan from Longyan, Fujian. The surrounding cities and counties have developed to more than 50,000 people. The Wu clan ancestral hall is located along the Kaijiang River in Xingsheng Street Community, Xiping Town, Santai County, surrounded by mountains and rivers. The Wu clan ancestral hall is large in scale and well preserved. It is 34 kilometers away from Santai County and 20 kilometers away from Zhongjiang County. The Wu clan ancestral worship ceremony is divided into inviting gods, hall worship, and tomb worship. Hall worship (three offerings to ancestors) all descendants and descendants of the ancestor of Dunmu Hall, Zhongjing Gong, and Yang's grandmother, men and women, line up in place. The Kai and Zhen generations are in place. All descendants bowed respectfully before the ancestor Taibo, the founder of the Wu family; the ancestor Zhongyong, the successor of the Wu family; the ancestor Wu Gongzhongjing, the founder of the Dunmu Hall, and the mother Yang Taijun, as well as the ancestors of the Wu family. The first offering ceremony was completed and the second offering ceremony was about to begin. All descendants bowed respectfully before the ancestor Taibo, the founder of the Wu family; the ancestor Zhongyong, the successor of the Wu family; the ancestor of the Dunmu Hall, and the mother Yang Taijun, as well as the ancestors of the Wu family. The second offering ceremony was completed, and the third offering ceremony should be followed. The descendants of the five major branches bowed respectfully before the ancestor Taibo, the founder of the Wu family; the ancestor Zhongyong, the successor of the Wu family; the ancestor Wu Gongzhongjing, the founder of the Dunmu Hall, and the mother Yang Taijun, as well as the ancestors of the Wu family. Carry out activities of family reunion and ancestor worship, pass on patriotism and love for family, educate children and grandchildren to respect their ancestors, be grateful and righteous, promote filial piety, and remember the traditional Chinese virtues of parents' upbringing.
