It was formed in 1956 by the merger of Huixianju, which was founded in the first year of the Tongzhi reign of the Qing Dynasty (1862), and Tianxingju, which was founded in 1930. It has a history of 136 years. After the merger of the two stores, in order to maintain the flavor characteristics of Beijing fried liver, the old chef of Huixianju was specially in charge of the kitchen, and the excellent traditional production methods and management methods of the two stores were adopted to inherit and carry forward the Beijing fried liver.
