Jiangkou Chinese Painting Stone is produced in Bamei Village, Dewang Township, Jiangkou County. The stone is an irregular rock slab with a porcelain-like texture and a milky white color. There are pink, black, light green, brown and yellow patterns in the stone, showing figures, animals, flowers and birds, landscapes, courtyards, pavilions and other patterns, with a strong sense of layering, quite like a rich Chinese painting, so it is called Chinese Painting Stone.
