The Manchus' sour soup has a history of more than 300 years. On the one hand, this sour soup is a food created by the Liaodong Manchus in their hard life, and it is the inheritance of the life of the Liaodong Manchus; on the other hand, sour soup is also a special delicacy formed by the evolution, selection and accumulation of Manchus' dietary customs.
