Yingbin Ecological Tourist Park
Yingbin Ecological Tourism Park is located in the High-tech Development Zone of Hengshui City, Hebei Province. It can be reached via the Beijing-Kowloon Railway, Shide Railway or Shihuang Expressway. It is 8 kilometers away from the center of Hengshui City. It is an agricultural tourism park. It was built in 2002. The total planned area is 800,000 square meters, and 13,000 square meters of the park have been built. Relying on the pollution-free vegetable production base, it has built a flower center, a natural restaurant, a pollution-free vegetable viewing area, a hundred fruit garden, a fishing garden and other functional areas, forming a modern agricultural technology demonstration park integrating production, supply, sales, travel, entertainment and shopping. It has four significant features: technology introduction, demonstration drive, ecological tourism and green catering. With the development concept of "ecology, green, health and environmental protection", it provides a carrier for urban leisure.
Hengshui Lake National Nature Reserve
The Hengshui Lake National Nature Reserve is located in the triangle between Hengshui, Jizhou and Zaoqiang in Hebei Province. It is the only nature reserve in the North China Plain that maintains a complete wetland ecosystem including swamps, waters, mudflats, meadows and forests, covering an area of 283 square kilometers. It has rich biodiversity, with inland freshwater wetland ecosystems and national I and II level birds as the main protected objects. Hengshui Lake is located in the north of the emerging regional central hub city of Hengshui City, and in the south of Jizhou, the "No. 1 State in the World". One lake connects the two cities and enjoys the reputation of being the sapphire in East Asia, the most beautiful wetland in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and the No. 1 lake in southern Beijing. Hebei Hengshui Lake National Nature Reserve (6 photos) extends to Shanguan Village, Dazhai Village in the west, Diliwang in the south, and Fuyang River in the north. Its geographical coordinates range from 115°27′50″~115°42′51″ east longitude and 37°31′40″~37°41′56″ north latitude. Its maximum east-west width is 22.28km, its maximum north-south length is 18.81km, its altitude is about 18~25m, and its total area is 187.87km2. Hengshui Lake is adjacent to Donghu Avenue (National Highway 106) and has convenient transportation. It is located around Beijing and Tianjin, around the Bohai Sea, and along the Beijing-Kowloon Railway. It is more than 200 kilometers away from Beijing and Tianjin, and more than 190 kilometers away from Huanghua Port. Within 300 kilometers of the surrounding area are the four provincial capitals of Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Zhengzhou, and Jinan, and 26 prefecture-level cities. It integrates railways, highways, and communication hubs, and was called the Golden Cross by the famous social economist Fei Xiaotong.
Green Island Aerial Water Park
Green Island Water Park is located at Green Island Holiday Plaza, No. 558 Renmin West Road, Hengshui City, covering an area of 5,000 square meters. It has a natural lighting glass curtain roof, 12 meters high, spacious and bright. The interior is surrounded by swaying coconut trees and green vines, and it is like spring all year round. It is currently the only aerial water park in the country.
Hengshui Baoyun Temple Scenic Area
Baoyun Temple is located in the southwest of Hengshui City. The stele records that it was built in the Sui Dynasty, but in fact, there was a temple here as early as the Southern and Northern Dynasties. According to legend, during its heyday, "the temple area covered 30 acres, there were nearly 100 halls, the bells of the Qiaolou tower were so loud that it could be heard from thousands of miles away, and there were pilgrims all year round." The Baoyun Tower is a brick and wood structure, 35 meters high, and the circumference of the base is 25.6 meters. There is an arched Buddha niche on the south side of the first floor, in which there was originally a stone carved lotus Buddha. There is also a gourd-shaped pagoda on the top of the tower.
Baoyun Temple Scenic Area
Located in the southwest of Hengshui City. The stele records that it was first built in the Sui Dynasty, but in fact, there was a temple here as early as the Southern and Northern Dynasties. It is said that when it was at its peak, the temple area covered 30 acres, with nearly 100 halls, and "the sound of the bell in the Qiaolou was shocking thousands of miles away, and pilgrims flocked here year after year."
