The production process of Yuyao dried bamboo shoots requires: select fresh and tender bamboo shoots, and 100 catties of fresh bamboo shoots should be sliced and dried within 2 days to make 45 catties; Chinese mustard should also be tender, washed and dried on the same day, pickled for several days at a ratio of 100 to 34, and then dried; use a large pot, put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, put the dried bamboo shoots at the bottom, spread the dried vegetables on top, first cook over high heat, then simmer over low heat, mix evenly in the middle, and remove from the pot when the water is dry. Then dry in the sun until completely dry, and store in a wine jar. The mass production of Yuyao dried bamboo shoots began in the 1930s, with the brand "Youyi". After the 1950s, the production of dried bamboo shoots spread throughout Yuyao.
