Qi's plaster is a traditional medicine project in the fourth batch of representative projects of Yancheng's municipal intangible cultural heritage. It is said that in the late Qing Dynasty, a monk took refuge in Qijiazhuang, Xuefu, Yancheng, and was treated kindly by the people of Qijiazhuang. In gratitude, he left the secret recipe of the plaster to Qi Tengjiu, the eighth-generation descendant of the Qi family in Qijiazhuang. Since then, "Qi's plaster" has been passed down from generation to generation in the Qi family. "Qi's plaster" is a kind of traditional black plaster, which is one of the traditional external dosage forms of traditional Chinese medicine. It has a history of a hundred years and has the characteristics of large drug loading, long-term drug administration, and long-term effectiveness. In 2018, it was included in the fourth batch of municipal intangible cultural heritage protection list.
