Shuanglong Village's dried tofu production and management belongs to Kemu, which has the longest production history and the most famous quality, and has become the representative of Shuanglong dried tofu production. Wucheng dried tofu has the characteristics of being able to be folded continuously and without cracks. There are many varieties, including five-spice, smelly brine, shrimp, ham, mushroom, spicy and other types. It is a good snack for tea tasting and also a delicious dish to go with wine. Wucheng dried tofu is refined with local high-quality soybeans and groundwater. It has the characteristics of simple aroma, delicious taste, fine quality, rich nutrition, and endless aftertaste. Especially for the elderly who are calcium deficient, eating it all year round has the effect of supplementing calcium and strengthening the body. The production process of Wucheng dried tofu mainly includes fourteen processes such as soaking beans, grinding, brine, boxing, packaging, draining, brine, and packaging.
