Representative Inheritor: Li Lili Gaoxian Old Wine Traditional Brewing Technique is a traditional folk brewing technique that uses water from the thousand-year-old "Shenquan" old well as brewing water, and uses Northeastern sorghum, a specialty of cold-region black soil, as the main brewing raw material. It began in Huiqi Manchu Town, Wangkui County in 1909. It uses traditional mud cellar fermentation, and after 6 fermentations by the circular fermentation method, the wine taken from the distillation section is rich in aroma, long aftertaste, fresh and refreshing, and does not make you drunk or dry your mouth.
