Dormitory[edit]
The dormitory is a large Gothic room where the monks slept together; only the abbot was allowed to have his own room.
Like the dormitory, the refectory has many pillars separating aisles and is covered by early gothic rib vaulting.
Deservedly renowned, the 18th-century kitchen adds to the interest of the group of monastic buildings from the medieval period (cloister and lavabo, chapter house, parlor, dormitory, the monks' room and the refectory).
